2020 presented new challenges for business communicators and STRUM was able to adapt and offer our customers the support they needed to continue to reach their markets.
Like our clients, our work processes also shifted in 2020. Since we were not able to go on-site at a customer’s location, we provided simple guidelines and tips to help our clients record their own videos, using their cell phones. Clients sent us their raw video footage and we provided editing services. Our clients were very happy and the projects got done.
